GUS:Skills
The binder line — every skill pressed from the same die, bound into one system. The schedule on the hero sheet is this machine's parts list.
Systems that work together. We build AI tooling you can run today — three skills are live and free; the rest of the sheet is drawn honestly.
Run one today, free.
A bundle of skills; can be as small as one.
Shop tools for the terminal.
Rooms of the office — Hub, Memo, Lab, Watch.
Full machines, fitted to your operation.
A skill is one runnable technique — a component, not a pitch. 3 public releases · 91 active internal packages. Verified July 11, 2026.

A client site we designed and shipped; the store and 3D views arrive with GUS:Gaussian.
Next out of the shop.
Measured 3D capture and publishing for objects and spaces. Lands first on the Borussia Minerals store.
Plate 02 ▸A browser music workspace. GUS:Music is a roster alias, not a second product.
Access and operating status for GUS products.
A companion app for golf simulators.
The engine under GUS:Gaussian; public name not locked.
A browser-based VR game with headset playtesting still to clear.
Full harness, fitted to your operation.
Role-to-role memos for agent fleets; every memo carries a return envelope, so the answer lands back on the task that asked.
Research, concepts, and free releases.
Open research into evidence and mathematical reasoning; no validated results claimed.
Plate 09 ▸Rate artworks; it learns your taste. Ships when the open-access catalog clears review.
On-device search for your notes, transcripts, and knowledge bases. No cloud.
A panel of skeptics argues your big decision before you make it.
A skill that walks a US federal return — forms, checklists, prior-year carryover. Not tax advice.
Finds stray keys sitting outside your vault — app caches, CLI configs, shell history.
A wall clock whose hands are your machines — the first face of GUS:Watch.
A pair of skills: audit the claimed state before acting; ask the right questions before starting.
Describe mechanical assemblies as code. Parts, joints, constraints.
Most of this sheet was worked out from first principles, and much of it converges with work underway elsewhere — skills packaging, splat-based 3D capture, structured memory tools, zero-trust verification. The same shapes keep appearing because the problems are real and the shapes are honest answers to them. Where a parallel can be named, the lineage note under the drawing names it; where it can't yet, the plate says so rather than claiming sole invention. The sheet can afford to be honest because nothing on it needs to be oversold. Drawn and maintained in Arizona · drewgarman.dev.
One plate per machine, in rollout order. Every entry above links to its sheet — nothing on this site is claimed that isn't drawn.
Plate S · Standing
The binder line — every skill pressed from the same die, bound into one system. The schedule on the hero sheet is this machine's parts list.
Plate 01 · Live · early sign-ups free
The family recipe collection, preserved and shared.
One shared library for the family’s recipes, readable from every phone. Live now — early sign-ups are free while paid plans are finalized.
Input A handwritten recipe card, as written.
Mechanism The collection is digitized and replicated to every member.
Output Shared read access for the whole family, at no cost.
Plate 02 · Next · client site live
Measured 3D captures of mineral specimens.
A camera circles the stone; the published view lets a buyer turn it in the browser before buying. The Borussia Minerals site is live now — its store, with 3D inspection, is next.
Lineage · Our shop-floor take on Gaussian splatting, the research line most of this space runs on.
Input A controlled image path around the object.
Mechanism Capture grading, reconstruction, and quality checks.
Output A lightweight interactive view for the web.
Plate 03 · Soon · waitlist open
Your cellar, remembered.
Tasting notes fade faster than they're written. Straincellar keeps the archive and the session journal, so the record outlasts the memory.
Input The session, recorded in one line.
Mechanism An archive shelf plus a dated journal.
Output Notes you can consult years later.
Plate 04 · Next · foundation under test
AI-driven news. No spin.
Sign up, pick interests, get a text. Later, your agent can take the feed directly — news delivered agent-to-agent. Still in development.
Input Public reporting, releases, papers, and revisions.
Mechanism Source comparison, citation checks, editorial pass.
Output One brief with its sources attached.
Plate 05 · Later
Every machine on one face, at a glance.
The GUS:PM skill runs inside the shop today. GUS:Watch is the app it grows into — one board that watches projects, nodes, departments, and whole fleets of agents. Its first face is a clock: one hand per machine, each pointing at what it’s doing right now.
Lineage · The GUS:PM skill came first, built for one shop’s need; Watch widens the same idea to fleets and departments.
Input Squares, hexes, triangles, circles: projects, machines, departments, agents — each its own shape.
Mechanism Rails carry every token through junctions toward one shared dispatcher.
Output A chart recorder logs what moved and why, always.
Plate 06 · Later
A higher-dimensional memory system. Pronounced “vault.”
VAUL4 files decisions, sources, and receipts into a vault — classified, not piled. Open a stack and the whole story is still there. Later, on the roadmap.
Lineage · Borrows the discipline of library classification; the rest stays in the vault.
Input Sources, decisions, notes, and receipts.
Mechanism Classification, links, and retrieval.
Output Context that can be found instead of retold from memory.
Plate 07 · Later as a product
A receipt for the work, not just the claim.
Finished work gets a portable receipt: what was promised, what backs it up, checkable later by anyone. The rest stays in the shop for now — this site’s own build receipt is the working demonstration.
Lineage · Borrows zero-trust security's posture — verify, don't assume — and applies it to deliverables instead of networks.
Input A claim about the work, placed on one pan.
Mechanism Evidence weighs against the claim; the stamp lands only if it balances.
Output A portable receipt anyone can check later without re-auditing.
Plate 08 · Standing · always on
The bench itself — where every machine on this page started.
The Lab is one harness among several — Hub carries business operations, Memo carries status traffic, Watch keeps the watch; this room is harnessed for research and invention. ABACUS runs here, with no results claimed. Nothing ships from this room directly — components go to the library, machines go to the floor.
Input Open questions in evidence and mathematical reasoning.
Mechanism Research, prototyping, testing — ABACUS and whatever's on the bench.
Output New components for the system; no validated results claimed yet.
Plate 09 · Lab · teaser
Open research, disclosed as it matures.
Evidence and mathematical reasoning, studied in the open. Nothing here is validated yet, so the plate stays honest: the frame is drawn, three counters are set, and the rest stays withheld until validated.
Input Open problems in evidence and mathematical reasoning, stated plainly.
Mechanism
Output Not yet claimed — check back as the plate fills in.

Describe the step you're still doing manually — the copy-paste, the spreadsheet, the reminder you reset every week. We'll tell you plainly whether a component already exists for it, or whether it's still on the bench.
Every plate above takes a waitlist, and every request lands on the same desk. Demand sets the release order.
