Colophon · credit where it's due

Most of this sheet was worked out from first principles, and much of it converges with work underway elsewhere — skills packaging, splat-based 3D capture, structured memory tools, zero-trust verification. The same shapes keep appearing because the problems are real and the shapes are honest answers to them. Where a parallel can be named, the lineage note under the drawing names it; where it can't yet, the plate says so rather than claiming sole invention. The sheet can afford to be honest because nothing on it needs to be oversold. Drawn and maintained in Arizona · drewgarman.dev.

Useful for
Mineral and crystal sellers who want buyers to inspect a piece before they buy.

GUS:Watch

Every machine on one face, at a glance.

The GUS:PM skill runs inside the shop today. GUS:Watch is the app it grows into — one board that watches projects, nodes, departments, and whole fleets of agents. Its first face is a clock: one hand per machine, each pointing at what it’s doing right now.

Useful for
Anyone running more than one agent fleet who needs one board instead of five tabs.
Release
Later. The GUS:PM skill it’s built on runs in the shop now.
First face
The fleet clock — one hand per machine, pointing at its current job.

Lineage · The GUS:PM skill came first, built for one shop’s need; Watch widens the same idea to fleets and departments.

Inspect parts

GUS:VAUL4

A higher-dimensional memory system. Pronounced “vault.”

VAUL4 files decisions, sources, and receipts into a vault — classified, not piled. Open a stack and the whole story is still there. Later, on the roadmap.

Useful for
Teams and solo builders who need to find why a decision was made, not just that it was.
Release
Later. The public surface is not released.

Lineage · Borrows the discipline of library classification; the rest stays in the vault.

Zero Trust Seal

A receipt for the work, not just the claim.

Finished work gets a portable receipt: what was promised, what backs it up, checkable later by anyone. The rest stays in the shop for now — this site’s own build receipt is the working demonstration.

Useful for
Anyone whose delivered work has to hold up under later scrutiny.
Release
Later as a product. Today, this site publishes its own build receipt as the working demonstration.
Proof
This page publishes an optional machine-readable build receipt.

Lineage · Borrows zero-trust security's posture — verify, don't assume — and applies it to deliverables instead of networks.

Output A portable receipt anyone can check later without re-auditing.
